What reports can be generated (EQ-i)
Individual Summary Report – The measures on all dimensions are displayed numerically and graphically, including validity indicators and item responses. Designed for the practitioner.
Development Report – For the practitioner: includes and builds on the Individual Summary Report to provide a full interpretation guide and suggested strategies for development and feedback.
Resource Report – Like the Development Report, this includes an interpretation guide and suggested strategies for development, but in verbal as opposed to numerical format. It can be shared with and given to the test-taker.
Both the Development and Resource Reports include a free Counsellor's Section providing a complete scoring summary for the Practitioner to keep on record.
Group Reports – A summary of results for a group of clients. Ideal for team building.
Individual or Group Across Administration Reports – These graphically display comparative results from repeat testing or from individual testing along with a group profile. Ideal to monitor progress, evaluate interventions and compare the effect of different social environment settings.
Leadership Report – Based on the results from the EQ-i questionnaire, the introduction outlines the Emotional Intelligence Leadership Model, relating the participants EQ-i profile to his or her Functional Orientation and Behavioural Styles:

In addition, the Leadership Report offers:

- Coach's Summary to guide the feedback and development process
