What reports can be generated (EQ-360)

The EQ-360™ Report – Graphically compares and interprets a person's EQ-i composite scale and subscale scores with each rater group. Familiarity of the rater is taken into account in the interpretation. This allows a complete realistic picture of how a person, their colleagues and friends perceive his/her competence. It adds validity to the core self-report EQ-i profile, highlighting self-awareness and identifying problem areas in social functioning.
